In collaboration with students and faculty from the new school and head exhibition designer Daniel Kern, we were tasked with the design and build of an exhibition in Lessac, France. The exhibition showcased aluminum objects made by Japanese people after WWII when steel was not available because of the need to make war machinery. The resourceful people of Japan then turned to aluminum that was more available from shot down planes and other sources.
